Do a Visual Personality Portrait (WorkStyles). This link will allow you to run the program directly from the web. Please SAVE THIS FILE TO YOUR DESKTOP and then run it from there. When you have completed the test, a small file will appear on your desktop. This file is a small file with your answers, which you then email as an attachment to the host organization.  Advanced Directions  This file used to be named LifeStylesTBA.exe. It is now ToolboxAnalysis.exe.

Download Vista Version of WorkStyles  Use this option for Vista Home, Business, and Ultimate Editions of Microsoft Vista Operating System. If this installation does not work for you, please use the Windows XP setup. Simply hit ignore if any error messages pop up.

Download XP Setup Program    Warning: This Option will over-write existing profiles in your database.

Upgrade for WorkStyles  This will only work if WorkStyles has been previously installed. This will not affect the data in your existing database. New security measures: new contracts cannot be updated in versions preceding build 4.6.17

Additional Instructions for Downloading the Upgrade:

  1. You want to SAVE the file to the same folder you initially installed WorkStyles in. The default for this is C:\Program Files\WorkStyles

  2. This process will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file. If you intend to upgrade, answer yes.
