How to Do a WorkStyles Toolbox Analysis Profile

 

 

 

 

 

1.       Go to this site:  http://www.worktba.com/ToolboxAnalysis.exe

 

a)     Choose to either Run or Save this program

 

IF YOU CHOOSE TO RUN   IF YOU CHOOSE TO SAVE
The program will be saved to the Temporary Internet Folder, and saves your answers in a small file on the desktop   In Windows Explorer, you will be asked for a destination for the file. Some other browsers automatically save the file. You are responsible to remember where the program is saved, and then you run the program at your own convenience.

       

    

b)     Create a Profile

c)      Enter Client Information (only First Name, Last Name, Gender, and password are absolutely required)

 

    The answers are saved in a small file on your Desktop in the format of Firstname Lastname.tba . Example: (George Bush.tba)

 

 

3. Please send an email to your host organization. Include the small file (see step 2) as an ATTACHMENT from your desktop. DO NOT SEND TOOLBOXANALYSIS.EXE AS AN ATTACHMENT: THAT'S THE WRONG FILE.

 

Your host organization will  contact you to schedule a follow up call to coach you through the results.
